There are two near where I live. I havent been to them recently, but would like to visit them. One of them deals in first editions only, an I don’t like it there at all. The other place is in an ild house. There are books in every room of the house, including the attic and bathroom (still functioning, I’ve seen people using it). That one is really cool.
KCSuze , if you ever need to fill in any holes in your Dr. Who collection, there is a used bookstore here in Topeka that carries a number of Who titles!
I love that store. I collect the National Geographic magazine, and back when I was getting started, since I was a long time customer, the guy who owns the store would hold them for me, when he got a bunch at an estate sale or something. One time he got twenty years worth, from the 40’s to the 60’s, and I sorted them for him, ending up buying about a third of them. BTW, any Dopers got any NG’s from before 1914 that they don’t need anymore?
