I think Cece blew this one. If the woman in question has the roomate so ecstatic that he forgets to make his bed (or whatever), she must have something going for her. And as to the suggestion by the “canny” female friend, I doubt it–the roomate probably does want to marry her. Clear case of jealousy.🙂 ---

Yeah, welcome **cuz** 🙂 I’m with you on the canny female part of Cecil’s response. She needs to go back to canny kindergarten, I fear. Besotted Roomate would likely have a premature, ah, emission just thinking about The Woman in Question having his baby. Jealous Roomie needs to get a life of his/her own, IMO. Maybe he should get his roomate to meet some of his girlfriend’s ex’s. This could work two ways. One, he may screw everything up with a jealousy trip. Two, if the girl is that bad then her old boyfriends should be pretty bad as well. He may start to wonder if he wants to be on the same list as them. Personally I’d just make him pay for a weekly maid visit then mind my own business. ---

Sounds to me like he’s so grumpy he should live alone. It would be really handy to have an “anti-love” potion. I’d use it on my ex. ---

Instead of letting the roommate pile his laundry in the kitchen, pile it outside the apartment when he’s not there or not looking. No body wants to air their dirty laundry in public! 😃 The girl isn’t the problem-the roommate relationship is. Get the roommate to shape up or ship out!! 😛 ---

If a problem mess eminates from the roommate’s bed, the problem mess needs to be put into the roommate’s bed. Dirty plates especially. Of course, this is _after_ he talks to the roommate. ‘Hey slob, clean up or else.’ And if he’s still that unhappy he should kick his roommate out or move. ---
