I’m so happy ya’ll know me so well. Look. I read the other thread. I read the OP as complaining about Jasmines post. And going into some legalese about how its wrong to presume he’s gulity, without his fair showing in court. I believe he should have that. I do. And I said so in my first post. It’s ok if in my head, sitting on my bed, I think the man is headed to life without parole. This is what it looks like. Of course I don’t know the intricacies of the case. I think the video will be damning. It is fine if I think this. I am human, with all my faults, after all. Eh. I am a bit judgy, sometimes. I apologize for that. I DO NOT ACT on my judginess. I just think it. And, yes dear Dopers I’ve made judgments on all you guys. Nothing alarming. Just little things I notice. On the whole I find you a good bunch of folks. ---

Citing post numbers in Discourse is useless. What’s post #16 to one person might not be to another person. When you have people on ignore, their posts don’t show up in the post count. So don’t use that as a way to express where to find a post. Just link to the post in question. ---

I quoted @Jasmine’s quote in the original post (and copied verbatim from the [previous thread](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/luigi-murder-case-15-000-documents/1016091/41) verbatim without truncation or editing. And to be clear, while I did call out that specific poster this was not intended to be a general criticism of her character but to specifically address the view expressed in that post and shared by others. Had I put more thought into it I would have made it a non-poster-specific o.p. but it was cut & pasted from the original thread after the moderator (correctly) adjudicated that opinions about the application of summary judgment was not an appropriate discussion for the **Factual Questions** forum. @Jasmine did, as noted above, apologize for her off-the-cuff remarks, and you’ll note that I haven’t made any further issue of her statement, and to the extent that acknowledgement of her retraction need be made, I’ll note she did so immediately and with succinct grace after the moderator’s note, so I don’t think anything more needs to be made of her views. You, on the other hand, have continued to protest and prostrate yourself as a victim being made the subject of criticism even as you hog the spotlight at every single opportunity. So if attention isn’t what you actually want, maybe just give it a rest. Stranger ---

No no no. You’re not aloud to say “shut up”. I got modded on it. See the double back sneakiness? Kind of a sucker punch to say “shut up” in under 100 crossword clue words. (For…IDK? Effect?). I said it in two words. Yet that’s wrong. And, no I’m not nearly ready to shut up today. Feeling kinda chipper. If you don’t want to afford me your attention, well…just don’t do it. I’m not sure. But I said twice. Once I meant the other way, as in “Shut up! This is unbelievable” No matter someone flagged me on the one where I meant really, like shut-up. Not STFU. I typed “shut up” And I got dinged on it because I must be a serial “shut-up-erer” because egads! I said it twice! Bad, beck. I’m sure it was brought in this very thread. ---
