# User titles?

Forgive me if this has been mentioned elsewhere (I’d search, but… you know), but in [this thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=9581987&postcount=2), **BoyoJim** has a user title that I have not noticed before.

Is there a significance behind this?

IIRC, **BoyoJim** won a “best of the worst” writing competition last year. Might have been the Bulwer Lytton one, or similar. The admins made the special user title because of this.
