It’s not a serious concern for me, there was a helpful hint beside the username field saying email, so after 3 failed tries I used my email instead. Just wondered if having a two word username was tripping the system up somehow. I didn’t think of contacting a mod, but I did read all of the thread titles in this forum before posting and didn’t see a similar topic. ---

You have to replace the space with an underscore. Could that be your problem? ---

Thanks, now that you mention it I see my displayed username is moes\_lotion. I will try this next time I log on. Do we have an up-vote option? ---

Was locked out for several days. Saw the notice about replacing spaces with underscores but that didn;t work for me. Emailed **TubaDiva** twice but got no reply. After some frustration found that the space in my username was simply _eliminated!!!_ WTF. ---

Probably some rule about deleting spaces after periods.
