I just assume that he’s a paid Russian troll. If his IP address begins with 85, he’s in Russia. There are a couple of others, but that’s the one I know is Russian, usually spammers and malware types. ---

He makes weird grammatical mistakes. Misuses prepositions. Will alter his style mid post as if he isn’t sure which way is correct. ---
