For that matter, couldn’t you rig it to provide sig lines that are not replacements? Like, for a particular poster, I might like to see all of his posts end with “I worship at the altar of Ozzie and Harriet”. ---

For people who don’t have a predictable text string at the end of their posts? Not really. The contents of the post will vary too greatly. You could do it at the beginning of the post, maybe. Then all you’ll have to do is figure out how to represent the vBulletin markup between the username/userid and the beginning of the post. It would take one heck of a nasty regex though and it’s probably outside the scope of what FoxReplace was designed for. It could also be broken by pretty much any tweaks to the vBulletin templates the admins do. Your best bet is to do it with custom stylesheets in your browser, and even then it’s not an easy task. Personally I’m happy with this solution, and have suggested it(having a re-write function in the user-agent, I was unaware of the FoxReplace add-in, thanks **Darryl Lict**!) to people in the past. I get to write what I want to write, and they get to see what they want to see. It’s a win/win as far as I’m concerned. Just like how the entire board is now in Verdana font for **Liberal** based on some custom settings in his browser. Web browsers are called “user agents” for a reason. Make them work for you. If you replace a username with text, it also replaces it in the username field. So you could have that floating above every post he makes! ---
