I have some dry turkey white meat. It was baked a few days ago and I was wondering if I can make it into turkey jerky. I do have experience making beef jerky from raw meat but can I put the cooked turkey in a marinade and then dehydrate it? Whether it tastes good aside, will I endanger myself by dehydrating already cooked turkey?
