My friend Dave and I really enjoy playing multiplayer Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (especially to cheer ourselves up during isolation.)
We’ve both bought the game through Steam and had one successful session.
However we can’t get a second session going - please can you help us?!

Here’s what we remember from the first time:

- I launched the Heroes 3 through Steam and chose ‘host’
- I went to the friends menu and offered to ‘friend’ Dave
- Dave accepted (that worked, because we are now on each other’s ‘friend’ list)
- I ‘invited’ Dave to enter the game
- Dave accepted
- now I could set up a multiplayer game (we chose Dave + I v 2 computers)
- we played for a couple of hours, then I saved (that worked, because I can see the saved game)

However today I couldn’t add Dave to the game. 🙁

I launch Heroes from Steam, go to saved games and then click on ‘Invite’. I choose to ‘Invite’ Dave and my screen says the invitation has been sent.
However Dave can’t see how to accept the invitation.

Any ideas?

This’ll probably get more help in the Game Room. Moving.
