Has anyone else used the pearls of wisdom that drip from Cecil’s lips in real life? i was in Wal-Mart yesterday, and i walked past a hippie looking dude who was holding forth on " Why do they use alcohol swabs when puting a criminal to death?" Without breaking stride as I walked past I said " To maintain an air of professionalism." He asked me what I meant, so I elaborated. He then soid " oh yeah? Well why do kamakizi(sp) pilots wear helmets?" to which I replied " To protect them during takeoff " and walked away. I can be such a smart ass. hehe. Anyone have a similar story?

Weirddave, I swear I am not stalking you.

Anyway, I have answered the “gry” question freaking countless times now, and I always cite Cecil.

I know there’s been more, but I can’t remember them. Lately I’ve been too busy quoting Snopes and Jan Harold Brunvand, due to the astonishing number of UL’s I’ve been getting in email!
