I hope I can ask this question without being a jerk. Given the thousands of mostly young, mostly male sailors who have been at sea for the part of the year, it seems likely to me that at least a few of them will not behave well when set free in a resort community. How likely are we to see Violent crime from some of these sailors? Have we already seen it? ---

Even after long sea periods, violence is minimal typically. But sailors being sailors and after an extra long time at sea. Drinks will be drunk to an excess. Guys and probably gals will be in trouble for reporting back to duty still drunk. Professional prostitutes will probably get groped in bars. They will also find a lots of happy to pay sailors. The sailors will also try to explore the city a bit and shop at a lot of stores looking for discounts. And as said above, the local pharmacies will probably sell a lot of toiletries, not something so common normally. ---
