# Utah judge strikes down same-sex marriage ban!

I thought the 10th Circuit also heard a case out of Oklahoma at the same time as the Utah appeal. Did they address that case in the ruling too, or just they figure this covers it?

They will probably just issue a _per curiam_ opinion affirming the trial court’s ruling and citing to their decision here. The Oklahoma plaintiffs and amici seem to have filed briefs in this case also.
