# Utopia (TV show)

Beautifully shot, sorta sci-fi/near future conspiracy, TV show by Channel 4. About a group of people who are looking for a cult graphic novel containing a conspiracy (in the first season, anyway).

Honestly has some of the best cinematography I’ve ever seen on a TV show, highly reccomend you watch it. S2 has just started, although obviously you should start with S1, EP 1. The plot and story are pretty great and are on the right edge of “could actually happen?”, and the villains are very definitely not one dimensional.

Anyone else seen it?

Yeah, agree about the photography - but I’m probably a little outside the target demograpics so it did lean towards style over substance for me. Younger people will disagree.

Quality work for sure. Most def worth checking.

You should be able to watch it on 4oD, although you might need a uk proxy if you’re outside the uk.

it’s not BBC4, it’s by Channel 4

Got about four episodes through the first series. It was nowhere near as good as everyone that worked on it thought it was.
