# V: 1.10 "Hearts and Minds" (open spoilers)

The main reason I keep watching this show is I’m waiting for this scene. And it’s absurd that it hasn’t happened yet (at least in the context of the story). I’m pretty sure the writers keep forgetting he is an _alien_ since they treat him exactly like everyone else in the group, just more knowledgeable about V stuff. Even if he knows literally nothing about the plans (unlikely), he could at least talk about their history, culture, biology, music, sexual fantasies, etc… It would be _so easy_ to make his character slightly different and more interesting. This would have the added benefit of making the V’s an actual 3 dimensional presence instead of the overdone evil incarnate aliens who want to do bad things to humans, but are actually just evil humans because writers are lazy.
