Possible leak of Winds of Winter text by GRRM himself? I got this at least second hand, so I won’t swear to it, but here is what I was told: There was recently (no more than a few weeks ago) a tv interview with GRRM broadcast and while he was speaking in the background you could see his computer screen with Word Perfect (?really?) open with a page of text showing. Supposedly some fans have managed to make out what it says, and it’s a scene with Yara (Asha) at Stannis’s camp before they start the siege of Winterfell. And that’s all the person who told me knew – not who the interviewer was or what TV show it was on or anything useful. Anybody else heard about this? ---

So I got a solicitation to pre-order a 20 year anniversary illustrated edition of Game of Thrones. Sounds nice, but it doesn’t say how much the thing costs. Out of curiousity I click the link… and the page it leads to _still_ doesn’t say how much it costs. But there’s another link to click… I wonder how many steps you have to go through before they’ll actually put the price in?
