Please let us not forget that **Shodan** has stated explicitly that he sometimes uses his sig to denote the message “Fuck You.” I don’t see how that isn’t being a dick. ---

Well, that doesn’t really prove much to me, anyway. Most of us who ocassionally get embroiled in heated debates outside the Pit where “fuck you” isn’t allowed will often employ some form of sarcasm to denote, in essence, “fuck you.” Some of us do it in sigs, some of us do it in the post body. Po-tay-to, po-tah-to. ---

It might have been more effective after he made an indignant denial, but I think he’s made enough of a fool out of himself in denying it even as half-heartedly as he had here. At least, it’s a dick move not to have admitted it when I raised the subject and then to have defended asserting it. I don’t see how someone gets to admit using his sig lline to mean “Fuck You” sometimes and then to be permitted to use it. ---
