After he serves time in Peru, might he then be extradited to Aruba or the US for trial in the Holloway case? ---

The US has an arrest warrant for an attempted extortion of Holloway’s mother. No matter what Peru may have on van der Sloot, the US already has legal dibs on him if he is ever released from Peruvian custody. ---

If he confesses to Holloway’s murder (or makes an irreversible confession), wouldn’t Aruba have first dibs on him before the U.S. when and if he’s released by Peru? ---

I think it would be pretty much up to Peru where they send him to, since they’re the ones holding him. However, I don’t think he’ll be leaving Peru for a long time. ---
