Um. Wow. Suddenly I need this priest calendar. Do you think they make one with hot nuns in it? I’d be set then. Yes, I do keep two calendars around at once. (Right now I have one of Louisiana CPAs–sadly not nearly as exciting as the priest calendar–and one of cute puppies and kittens.) I have been known to nearly miss appointments that I only wrote down in one place. ---

Actually, my parish priest when growing up was an utterly gorgeous and charming man\*. We later found out that he had a child by a naval officer from the time the he served as a naval chaplin, and he subsequently left the parish in disgrace. My mum was furious, in a “Damnit! I might have been in with a chance” sort of way! \*When at fourteen I decided not to get confirmed and leave the church, he was incredibly understanding, and even defended my decision to my family. ---

I was in contact with the author of the calendar while working in Liverpool. When I asked him, he never made things clear, but he sort of hinted the guys were **models** dressed like priests. If they were real priests, why not tell? Consider mr. Pazzi also has a calendar of supposed Venetian gondoliers, in which many faces appear misteriously similar to the ones appearing in the Calendario Romano. Oh, and the calendar is definitely _not_ released by the Vatican. ---
