# vB coding and "report bad post"

If I report a bad post and use vB coding, does it come out looking like rubbish on a Mods e-mail?

It comes to us as plain text, not html or vB code. So we’ll just see the codes in plain text.

The annoying part of the board software is that if a mod clicks on reply, to reply to the member’s report, the reply shows the board’s email address in the To: field. We have to manually copy/paste the user’s email address from the text to the To: field, which we sometimes forget.
