I’m not getting the point of this pitting. Is **fetus** just upset that **VCO3** didn’t put every single detail in his OP? Why are all of the non pot-related events relevant to **fetus**? Why can’t **VCO3** simply say “I don’t like the pot smell, I don’t want to approach them and talk with them for reasons that are not relevant right now, how do I resolve this through other means?” Which is, you know, pretty much what he posted? In other words, I really don’t understand why **fetus** opened this pit thread. That’s not to say that **VCO3** hasn’t posted some pretty weird things - one of my few posts was in a different pit thread about him - but I’m just not seeing the point to this one, nor anything solid to back it up. ---

His OP was about _being hesitant to act_ on something that was bothering him and it wasn’t until _Post #26_ of his own thread that _he posted the real reason for his hesitancy_. That’s why he’s being pitted. It seems unlikely that he would forget the very thing that made him post it in the first place and, because it was the reason he was hesitant, it was quite relevant from the get-go. ---

(missed edit window) And then when this Pit thread got started, he comes in here and posted a list of (undoubtedly, if true) egregious things his neighbors did that would have been reason enough to report to the landlord, without being hesitant at all. ---

[/QUOTE] Yeah, well, when you’ve been hiking from one end of Toronto to the other and you’ve just discovered the IKEA on the Purple Line is inaccessible through regular channels due to the construction of a new (and huge!) parking lot so you have to walk about a mile out of your way and you only discover the shuttle AFTER you’ve started going and you’ve already been hiking around all day anyway, then you hike around the IKEA some and buy some towels and cups and wastebaskets and you’re carrying around a bloody heavy coat and grumbling because you would rather be WEARING it except Toronto, inexplicably, hung around 10-14 degrees all week long even when it promised it would actually get cold except for Saturday night when it rained all over Fearfest, well, you might just consider planting your ass on the right side of the escalator and waiting for it to carry you up to the Yellow Line. Not that I’ve been in that position lately or anything. 😃 Seriously: if you’re in that damn much of a hurry wake up earlier or pack a lunch to work. I don’t hurry unless I’m going to be late, otherwise I just spend my entire day concentrating on getting to Point B and never actually smelling the metaphorical roses (which smell AWESOME). Regarding pigeons: I have some friends who have a lovely dovecote full of lovely doves. I think they use them to train their falcons (I have awesome friends). While he DOES have a big gold chain and some nonstandard clothing, I don’t think he is actually a thug. His lovely wife is a bit of a scrapper, but as she is rather wee I am not too afraid of her. So maybe his neighbors are training falcons? You never know! 😉 (“Oddly enough, Groat had never seen them holding a pigeon. I like your username. Chill. 🙂 Frankly, anyone else would get the benefit of the doubt that so many posters are talking about. But based on previous behavior, **VCO3** doesn’t. Pretty simple. The guy acts like an asshole with almost every post, so why cut him any slack? He goes around begging for abuse. ---

Some people have to do support him every once in a while. Go to f=8, that’s where we have a board with whose turn is it to like him every given day. ---
