If you buy the green curry paste do check the label and make sure it’s vegetarian/vegan friendly. Many of the jarred/canned/packaged Thai curry pastes have belacan/blachan (shrimp paste) in them. You can buy vegetarian versions but you have to look for them.
It’s understandable. “Vegetarian” really ought to mean what we use “vegan” for, while what we call “vegetarian” would be “lacto-ovo-vegetarian.”
Ya know, carnival fries… And I’m pretty sure malt vinegar is vegan, although no one can be sure with the general byzantine and self-deluded, political natures, and justifications of modern veganism.
… and I’m pretty sure you can make a vegan funnel cake with powdered sugar and lemon juice, or a vegan Elephant Ear (Naan or Chiapti) wirh sugar and cinnamon… simply fry them in the French Fry Peanut oil.
