If I mouse over a movie, the only thing that comes up as information is
Starring
Director
Genre
Format (DVD)
Clicking on the movie brings up only the year of the movie, the Netflix and parental guidance ratings, a short resume of the movie, and two of three members of the cast. Noting else.
The screens show nothing about reviews, rating information, or DVD details. I must be doing something seriously wrong. Help!
Of course it’s not all going to be in the pop-up. You definitely have to click on the movie and scroll down.
Are you on a computer laptop or desktop? All I can think of is you’re not on a device that Netflix is recognizing as a full-screened computer maybe? I don’t know, I checked on my phone and all that information is there - formatted a little differently than on the computer, but there when I scroll down just the same, and comes before the reviews.
Are you saying there aren’t any reviews you can see, either?
Maybe someone else who knows more can chime in. I know it’s formatted a lot differently on Roku boxes and other streaming devices, I can only attest to the actual website.
Huh. Netflix always has options for audio/subtitles through our PS3 and our FireTV stick. I use captions and the last time I remember something not having subtitles was quite awhile ago (Macbeth, starring Patrick Stewart. Pissed me off because I have problems hearing some tones in speech AND it’s Shakespearean dialogue AND the sound mix seemed wonky, so I couldn’t watch it at all).
