You can give it to kittens at 8 weeks - not before. You are only supposed to give it to the nursing mother and the kittens will be protected. **

“Everyone” is my 2 'dolts and Momma. The site says the kittens will even be protected while they are nursing by just the queen having it on her.

Kittens are pretty easy when you’ve got the mom there. Just be sure to give mom lots of kitten chow and water and keep things as clean as you can manage.
Have fun, and save your pennies for the wormings and vaccines later!

Part of the reason we’re so broke right now (besides the fact that it’s a day with a “Y” in it :rolleyes: ) is that our hard drive went bad a little while back and we had to replace it. I haven’t gotten around to loading the camera software again.
I’m going to try to do it tonight, but for some reason, every time I power up the computer the Sims 2 mysteriously comes on and mesmerizes me for the next 2-5 hours. It’s diabolical, I tells ya!
Hubby and I did get some good pics last night. I may also have to charge the camera batteries so it’ll have enough juice to upload them to the computer. :dubious:
There’s 3 black and white, and 2 grey and white. My husband and I already have our favorite. Imagine an all white kitten, then dribble black paint on the top of its head and down its back. Now put a white diamond-shaped spot in the middle of the black on its back.

I’ve found they like a warm environment with lots of food. I believe it is blood the crave. You can’t go wrong with lots of love and attention as well. Just treat them well and soon they will be thriving and give you many years of joy!

I already have two other kitties that aren’t too happy with the situation as is.
I told my father-in-law (who lives on a nice size piece of land outside the city) last night that he could take all 6 kitties, add them to the 3 he already has, and then he can pretend to be Lord of the Cats.
It was a no-go.
So, harmless, where the heck are the kitten pics you promised?
Good question. I can’t find the cord the connects the camera to the computer. 
I really wish I had a way to put the video we took of them on line.
