**GT** , Sony won’t replace the lamp. Unbeknownst to us at purchase, these lamps are only designed for three to five years of life.:mad: Had I known that then, I would have definitely got a different type of TV. Mine is a Sony Wega LCD HDTV. Unfortunately, it’s the projection type. Flat screens were way, way, way beyond our purchasing power then. Even this was kind of spendy. There were 45 pages of complaints on a consumer website regarding these TVs (mainly Sony Wegas, but Bravias and others too). Chief among the complaints other than the lamps burning out, was the definite LACK of customer service from Sony. My TV is way beyond the warranty anyway. But even those consumers who still had their TVs under warranty got next to no help from Sony. Happy Birthday, snowbunny! I’ve managed to do a couple load of laundry and am now contemplating mucking out my bedroom. **Li-Li,** toddler girls squeal…ALOT. They are much more verbal than boys in general. ---

How terrible. Maybe I like shouting better than squealing. Maybe it’s good that I have boys- although there was a pretty funny scene last week, where Mr. Lissar and Gnat were on one side of the street, and two girl toddlers and their dads were on the other. The girls were walking around sedately, Gnat was jumping, running, shouting, and whacking the ground with sticks. It made me a little jealous. Kids who _won’t_ automatically dive into traffic! Who are quiet! Who don’t use everything as a gun/sword! But little girls turn into preteen and young teenage girls. I’m not sure I’m up to that. ---

Thanks guys. I admit I wanted at least a little fussing over. 🙂 But it’s been a good day. We’ll see how tomorrow goes. If I can get that house, I will be even happier. I mean, my current place is okay, but that one is better… ---
