No, this is not a homework assignment, but it is _sort of_ an assignment - I’m trying to help my friend, who is interning with the Smithsonian and is wanting to put together a presentation about World War II. One of the things we’re looking for is any interviews from veterans of that war, who were interviewed about their experiences after the war was over (or in the 50s or 60s) and then interviewed _again_ in the past decade or so.

To put it less technically: we want to see how the veterans’ perceptions of the war changed with the passing decades (if, indeed, they did change.)

Does anyone know of any resource that might be helpful with this? THANKS in advance for any help.

Hard to imagine that _if such interviews occurred_, they weren’t part of a Smithsonian/Library of Congress project. Therefore, she/he shoud have access to such.
