I am pretty certain that, given the provenance of the list, the actual criterion was “The 100 greatest women in music with a readily available video clip that we can immediately grab.” I was surprised that I have stuff by 11 of them but there are probably 3 times as many you’d have to pay me to listen to. I don’t think that should be a feature of a “greatest” list. ---
