Rick Springfield was at Woodfield Mall back in the early 70s, promoting his album. We did not know this. We saw this devastatingly handsome dude walking around and started following him. He spoke to us briefly and then gave us autographed albums! Weren’t we shocked! Boy, was he a cutie! I no longer have the album, but it was thrilling that he wrote my name. (sigh) ---

How about “Sade” – whatever happened to her? She seemed like she was a cut above the regular 80’s pop fodder, and never would have figured her to just up & vanish like she did. Any one know what she’s doing now? ---

Any one know what she’s doing now? \*\* She had a kid and had some legal problems which revolved around a serious car accident, but she released **Lovers Rock** in the Fall of 2000 and it was well recieved by both critics and the public. Her concert tour to support the album sold out many of its dates. So, she’s still out there. ---
