Granted, the vast majority of Israelis and Palestinians just want to go about their lives peaceably but there are too many assholes on both sides whose solution to the problem is for the other side to go away and don’t mind turning the whole nation into a charnel house as the way to achieve it. There are probably no good solutions here, just ones that are not as bad as the others.
