I’m sure it’s unrelated, but zerohedge is claiming that TASS is claiming that Putin and his Defense Minister are having a sudden, unscheduled meeting, and that Putin unexpectedly left a scheduled event to do so. Also FWIW, there are unconfirmed reports the EU is having a meeting of their PSC, probably in response to whatever the hell Trump/Pence and Putin are doing.
