I thought the moderator had agreed to refer to Ryan as “Mr. Ryan” and leave out the “Congressman” title (for some strange reason). I see that isn’t the case, however. ---

So far Biden is patiently applying the smack-down. Obama is the best orator in recent memory, but Biden is a better debater. On Romney: “He changes his mind so often, so I could be wrong.” ---

(Shrug) Biden just referred to Mitt Romney as “Governor Romney,” which I do not believe is correct styling for an ex-governor, so you can’t blame the moderator.
