Oh God, yes. I bought The Bourne Conspiracy today. It may be awesomely and unflinchingly brutal, but it throws in Quicktime Events like they were candy. Just done with a thrilling, high speed combination of face-breaking melée and subway platform shootout? Your suspect getting away in another subway train? Remember to throw in a QTE when the gamer is relaxing and watching a storyline FMW! Press the yellow button . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . No, sorry, false alarm. THERE! Ahahaahaha, you missed it. Daddypants I know the acronym and it still never sticks with me because I think of them as “Dragon’s Lair Style Sequence” and then later dealt with them as “Interactive Movies”. When the same stupid idea becomes popular for the third time you start to lose track of what the cool kids are calling it these days.
