Dammit, I’m too slow to answer the ones I know. Guess I’ll posit some questions of my own:  
31) A chocolate-coverd pickle is one of several items needed to lure \_\_\_\_\_ out of hiding.

1. This level’s enemies include lawyers, fireball-belching snowmen, and floating, toothy demons.

It’s supposed to be nearly impossible, although _[Desert Bus](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penn_%26_Teller%27s_Smoke_and_Mirrors#Desert_Bus)_ seems worse.  
**I** know him as Beat Takeshi, or perhaps Takeshi Kitano, but I guess he has some other name on the MXC show?

#11 is really familiar, but I can’t place it. It sounds like a special attack.

I’m a late comer to this thread but I’ve been playing a lot of Castlevania lately (I beat CV3 for the third time this month…one of my fav NES games ever) and I consider not the medusa heads or the red skeletons to be the most annoying enemies, but the hunchbacks (aka fleamen), the little monkeys who jump around like crazy, get dropped off in the middle of the garden by gargoyles, and surround you.

I don’t know if this is the extra credit one or the fourth actual one, but the dog’s name was supposed to be _Roll_. (Megaman was Rock, dog was Roll, rock and roll, geddit?)
