# View/Post Ratio Musings

While cruising through the MPSIMS forum to see if I’d missed anything important in the last 5 minutes, I saw **matt\_mcl** ’s “Delicious Irony!” thread and noticed it had a huge number of views (3070) and only 60 posts. That came out to 51.17 views per post, and I honestly don’t remember ever seeing anything that high around here. I’ve occasionally seen stuff in the low 40s, more often in the 20s, but that 51 takes the cake.

I mean, what does that say about what it takes to pique our interests? Sex? Nope. Politics? Nope. Religion? Nope. It’s how much most of us hate Jehovah’s Witnesses. _Damn_, that’s scary!

So has anyone else seen a thread with this high of a ratio? And what’s it about? Let’s get a Top Five List of What Gets Dopers’ Attention.
