Maybe it’s bad form for me to be browsing from bed at 4am, but I saw the first three words of this headline and could feel the tears welling up in my eyes. I swear, I don’t know what I’m going to do the day this man moves on, assuming he doesn’t just end up living forever.

Anyway, I’m glad you’re OK, Vinny! Don’t scare me like that!

And by all time, I mean even into the future.

And when he goes, they will fill Dodger Stadium for a tribute to him.

Frankie McCourt better not charge $15.00 for parking that day, although the people would still show up.

Vin Scully is a broadcasting legend, but I couldn’t stand the way he ended practically filler statement with a hmmmmmmmmmmmm. (inflected with a rising pitch) (no link found)
