The VP of the Washington Redskins has [resigned](http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/12/17/AR2009121701930.html?hpid=topnews). Since we can’t fire the owner, this might be the best news Redskins fans can hope for. They’ve been so ineffective at the top for so long, this can’t help but be a step forward.
