And what’s with the totally misleading cover? The cover clearly promises that Doctor Mortal (and what the hell kind of name is that for a mad scientist?) will shrink people to doll size with his serum. The Doctor Mortal story inside, which starts on page 38, gives us a story about transferring a man’s mind into the body of an ape. Both hoary pulp sci-fi cliches, to be sure, but hardly interchangeable! I call foul. ---
