This reminded me of what I’ve read referring to [Albion’s Seed](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albion%27s_Seed). Is it actually reliable? It seems a little too pat, a little too just-so, a little too like the OP and the Bell Curve and such… ---

Seeing as a whole bunch of people stepped up to the plate and pointed out that white people are WAY ahead of black people in murderous behavior, wouldn’t that actually tend to support the OP’s point that race is a factor? Might not help him much if he thinks less of black people for being so violent, but hey. Gotta start somewhere. ---
