Did anyone else notice that

The mission commander was named Pike? Might as well put the poor bastard in a red shirt.

Why is that spoilered? It a) doesn’t spoil anything, b) the thread is labeled “open spoilers” and c) your intro to it gives zero hint as to what is being spoiled.
