Does it seem that most visual artists have their So as their primary muse? ---

I don’t think most visual artists even have a primary muse. ---

I’m a visual artist. It never occurred to me that I needed a muse. Dammit, all this time that’s what I’ve been missing! Thanks for the tip. 🙂 ---

I have an anti-muse. (Just had my first art show, where my wife showed up and said she was surprised that I had any real talent.) I’ve always wanted to dedicate my first book: “To my lovely wife for all the years that she’s stood by me, not believing in me. Told you so!” ---

My muses are composers, specifically Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky and Chopin. It is their music that inspires me. My partner inspires me in many ways, but not relevant to my art. Ayn Rand inspired me in many ways, though she denied that my art was art. She also believed that Mozart was “pre-music,” so I’m in great company. ---
