Even if this is all carefully calculated by his PR department, I still like it. American politicians never allow themselves to be photographed like this anymore, probably because they’re afraid of being mocked for it. Putin, clearly, doesn’t have that fear.

That’s because Russian citizens who mock Putin in public are made to fight him in a bare-handed battle to the death in the Octogon.

I especially like the first photo, and the one with the bikers. The biker he’s talking to looks like a Khan himself, lol.
