I tried for a couple of months but could never get it to work.
So we networked the Tivo instead. That’s nicer anyway for us.
I think some people did get it to work, but when I was doing this (a couple of years ago) it wasn’t recommended to try to use Tivo and Vonage together.

I’m missing something here. How are you planning to use Vonage? Are you taking the box with you on vacation and plugging it into the nearest Ethernet network? (On top of a mountain?) It runs over the internet, but you don’t need a computer to run it. It’s not Skype. It works with regular phone.
