You’re skipping a rather vital step here, which is how the fake registrations get turned into fake votes.
So far all we’ve had notable evidence of is voter registration fraud, not actual voter fraud. 100 fraudulent registrations do not automagically translate into 100 fraudulent votes.
Really, registration fraud isn’t so much about getting more votes into the box as it is getting more money for registering more voters.
Somewhere around here we’ve also got allegations of putting the Democrats papers into the shredder…check out Bo’s link about Nevada

The fake registrations don’t have to be turned into fake votes. The hanky panky happens not when the votes are cast, it happens when they’re counted.
You have a local election, and your cronies in charge of counting the votes. There are 2900 legally registered voters in your small district. Your party manages to pull off 2450 votes, and the other party pulls off 2450 votes: 2900 votes, and a tie. To your immense good fortune, the vote counting elves come in the night and leave a hundred magical votes that swing the election your way! That, however, leaves you with a problem. There are now 3000 votes, and only 2900 registered voters on the books. So as not to embarrass the vote counting elves, you will need to make sure you have enough voters on the rolls, real or fake, to cover the difference. This is why you send your minions into the graveyard late at night before the election to make sure the all-important zombie voters are fairly represented on the rolls. Once you have protected the rights of the living dead, your only worry is keeping them from eating too many of your own living supporters whilst waiting in line at the polls.
Seriously, you guys really didn’t know that fake registrations have been a chronic problem in our electoral system?
Where’s the evidence? All you’ve got is paranoia and more rolleyes than you’re legally entitled to.
Well, golly gee, look who is conspicuously absent from this thread, who woulda thunk it…
“OK, that’s enough, it’s getting late, let’s go.”
“Wait, we still haven’t registered those people in the graves over there.”
“So?”
“Come on, let’s finish it. They have as much right to vote as anybody.”
This response is too willfully stupid to deserve a civil reply. Fuck you, sir, in the ass with a cactus, sideways.
Lonsome, you are what is wrong with America.

Something occured to me when someone mentioned graveyards. Wouldn’t it be possible to register deceased voters in one district, vote in your own and then vote in another as one of the deceased voters.
I suppose with the amount of work involved and the risk, it wouldn’t seem worth it.
Well that escalated quickly.
You’re just specuating. YOu don’t need fake registered voters if your cronies are planning some counting shenanigans. There certainly are voter problems but most have to do with partires trying to discourage the opposition from casting a vote. Kinda like the voter ID laws are doing now.
Where’s the evidence is to stupid? I suppose you have to say that if you have none.
Maybe you could mention if you have some point you’re making. That would be helpful
ROTFLMAO!!! Ah, Lobo, you sanctimonious twit! Only you could have come up with something this lame! Mark Twain spent much of his life aiming satiric barbs at shallow, self-righteous little sparrow farts like you, and the truly hilarious thing is you don’t even get it! You don’t even realize you’re a pathetic mediocrity on a level with the yahoos who want to keep evolution out of public school science classes and fluoride out of our drinking water. I know there’s no way to reach you, I know your political ideology is every bit as critical to your sense of personal identity as a fundamentalist’s theology is to his, so I don’t really expect you have anything like an open mind when you try to process what I’m saying on this or any other subject. All I can do when I read yet another one of your ignorant, pestilent screeds is to sigh loudly, bury my face in my hands, and chuckle sardonically.
I do try to be fair, though. In this thread, I have merely pointed out that fake voter registrations have a long history in the United States, and their usefulness to corrupt politicians and political parties is obvious to anyone whose brain hasn’t been physically and permanently damaged by political ideology. If you would care to explain how this means that I am “what’s wrong with America,” I’m all ears. Go to it. Mark Twain will be laughing from heaven.
Did the brain fairy leave a quarter under your pillow last night?
You really think anybody’s got time to wade through all those links, especially since you haven’t given us even a hint of what point you’re trying to make?
I don’t think you understood. You’re what’s wrong with America because your seething anger at imaginary issues is what’s gumming up the works.
You aren’t angry at real things. You are angry at things that people have told you are real. If you actually were informed you might be useful to society, but because of the fiction you’ve embraced, you’re actually working against it.
You’re not a bad person, I suspect. You’re just a dupe.
He’s on your side. Go on and give him a hug.
