Yeah…she should have mentioned republicans blocked Garland with a year left and mentioned the senate’s near blanket refusal to approve any judges BHO nominated and even seriously talked, openly, about blocking any Clinton appointments (had she won) for her entire term. ---

Why don’t Biden and Harris bring up Merrick Garland and how the GOP dug in their heels for six months on his nomination? That should be the first thing out of their mouth when asked about packing the court. Although I did like Harris’s response about the GOP packing all levels of the judiciary with unqualified nominees. ---

My own personal opinion is that pence lost the debate before it started, but if I were a low info voter I’d probably think he’s doing fairly well. Pence is a liar but he’s good at his craft. Hell, all he really had to do tonight was to be normal ---
