Well, wait a moment. He might be on to something. Why would we build a wall along the Mexican border, and not do the same along Canada, other than blatant racism? Why is it OK to build a wall to keep dirty, filthy, greasy rapist Mexicans out of our country, but not lilly white non-threatening Canadians? Or how about this—we just build a wall along Quebec, to keep those no good froggie French weirdos out of our country? ---

From a military strategy point it might not be such a bad idea. The majority of the Canadian population is within 50 miles of the US border. The only logical conclusion is that they are planning an invasion. Might as well be prepared. ---

It’s so simple. Build a seawall along both coasts with toll booths for ships to pass through, use the revenue from the shipping tolls to build the Canadian wall and of course the Mexicans are already paying for theirs. Fortress America! ---

Hey, once the Arctic polar cap melts, we’ll need to build a wall around the entire country. That’d also stop all them dang boat people. Or, we could just redirect all that Biblical fervor now that SSM is legal… instead of following the line in Leviticus against gay sex, start capitalizing on the one that says it’s okay to keep slaves, so long as they’re from neighboring countries. ---

Scott Walker is a horrible human being. He is a politician wholly owned by a couple of billionaires who don’t even reside in his state, he is a Republican who does not believe that government should do _nothing_ for the average person, or the poor – he is using government to actively _harm_ them. He robbed Wisconsin higher education of millions of dollars as a means to coerce the elimination of non-ultra-conservative educators, and is trying to hand that same public money to a private corporation whose profits mostly do not go back to the state. He’s a smarmy opportunist with contempt for minorities and anyone less fortunate than himself. That said: After a meeting with a bunch of New Hampshire Yahoos, he declined to insult them by saying their concerns were unworthy of consideration. His remarks were ordinary political cowardice, not indicative of any real intent to build a border wall on the Canadian border. Hate this despicable tool of the one-tenth of one percent for reasons he won’t easily duck out of if he gets past the primaries. Otherwise you’re just wasting ammunition. ---

I absolutely loathe Walker like poison, but I have to admit, this is a pretty clever move on his part. For any of his opponents who are supporting a wall along the Mexican border, how are they going to oppose this now, without looking racist? Pretty shrewd. Isn’t he basically calling their bluff? At least, that’s how I see it. Well, that and he’s a stupid-ass motherfucker who apparently hates anyone who’s not White, American, and Christian. ---
