I have an old scratch card from a “2 cents” sale at Subway. I keep it because the kooky rules amuse me. To wit: “When a Canadian resident obtains a winning game piece, he/she must correctly answer a skill testing question before the prize can be awarded. In the event the skill testing question is incorrectly answered, the prize will not be awarded.” Since the Subway I went to was in Kentucky, I assume the kid at the counter assumed we were far enough away from the border that I wasn’t likely to be a secret spy from Edmonton. I have to wonder what kind of skill testing question he might have administered had he been in the mood. ---

Well, I am a student, so I could count my entire LL Bean Extra-big backpack as my wallet, but it’s early in the year, so there is nothing in there of interest yet. Ask me in November. BUT, I am a chic, and I carry a wallet. I mean, a real leather tri-fold wallet. Bought it in the men’s department and everything. I wear it my jeans pocket, on my butt. Seriously, just like a guy’s wallet. Some people get so shocked.I have rarely seen other girls do so. I keep it pretty cleaned out. Don’t want my butt to appear any larger than it already is. (Its great for clubbing: don’t have to carry a bag) Driver’s license Student ID cards Key ATM card Albertson’s community partner card insurance card “in case of emergency” card (every one should have one) 5 receipts 2 movie ticket coupons $18 (I am a college student, give me a break) (This reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry gets a purse because he gets tired of his wallet, while George’s huge wallet explodes on the street.) ---
