In addition, Posi says (in a forum post) that they’ll be changing things so that you no longer stop earning influence/infamy completely in SG mode. He says it’ll bottom out at 50% influence with your prestige. ---

Its a source of both amusement and sorrow to me that this thread is easily the longest and most popular thing i’ve ever done on this board, and has hugely outlasted my own CoH subscription. 😃 (_Pirates of the Burning Sea_ is the MMO I’m playing at the moment). ---

According to [BAB](http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=Dev&Number=10373959&bodyprev=#Post10373959), each AT will get one additional Primary and Secondary sets, except for Masterminds who will only get a Secondary (no place for them to get a Primary from) and Brutes, who will get 2 Primaries (They couldn’t decide between Axe and Mace.) ---

Because of peer pressure, I signed back in last night for the first time in forever. Wow, a lot has changed on this game. I felt like a total noob, albeit a noob playing a level 50 scrapper. It was interesting. I was shocked I still had missions active. And I actually completed a couple of them. I feel like I’ve forgotten a ton. No idea if I’m going to stick with it or not, but I did enjoy touring the old neigborhood. ---

Okay, so far I am liking our new NCSoft NorCal overlords. **diku** , go ahead and start up a new character. The early levels go quick, you’ll enjoy playing through the familiar stuff, and there are changes to the early levels – like Faultline being a city zone now – that make it worth replaying. ---

If you have not disable the automatic subscription to threads function, you should be able to see all of the old threads you posted in by going to your User CP and expanding the subscribed thread list. Hope that helps… ---

Lots of whining on the CoX boards about heroes getting the better of Power Proliferation. I think it’s somewhat accurate – Plant Control for Controllers is way better than Earth Control for Dominators, for example – but overblown. Villains are getting two new Epic Archetypes, so I think it’ll balance out. Besides, with the exception of the vocal PvP minority, I don’t think there’s much reason to complain about disparity. My $.02, of course. ---

Well, Earth control is supposed to be the best AoE control set in the game (according to people on the COH forum, my Earth Controller isn’t high enough for me to know personally) but they all seem to be ignoring something that BAB has said twice now. They want to cross over all powersets (I think except the MM primaries, but not certain about that) they just didn’t have time to redo all the animations and FX for I12. So there will be more in I13, and my bet is they will be done by I14. Oh, except for Empathy and Poison. Those will not be moved as is because they just don’t fit conceptually, so they will redo the names and basically make them new powersets. ---

I want a Dual Pistols gunslinger enough that I’m attempting a petless Thugs/Traps. Only three primary attacks, but damn if he isn’t cool-looking. ---

Positron did a sort of 4th Anniversary state-of-the-game thing today. In addition to reviewing some of the additions to the game, he dropped a bombshell on us by announcing that a player-created content system is coming.
