My husband keeps threatening to buy a Trabant. He recently cooked up a scheme to to rent one for a month, for $100. He wouldn’t drive it; just leave it in our parking space to see what the neighbors would say. His second choice is a mini. I have photos of him posed around town in front of each of these vehicles. ---

In the meantime I’m buying myself a new sportbike, having a total restoration done on a classic sports car, and saving the rest to buy a house when I find one that I like in the area that I like.
