# WAP Question

I’m trying to make a WAP site where I can put ring tones for my friends to download. I’ve used google to search for WAP tutorials and I somewhat understand the decks, but I don’t understand how to point it to a file to transfer into the phone.

Would someone provide me some links where I can find this out?
