A comment like that is considered grounds for divorce in Kentucky. 😉 Seriously, though, it really surprises me the number of people who think we should shell out $50/month plus installation to see something other than continuous loops of the same footage all the time. Personally, I’d rather just sell the damn television and hang out in sports bars for a few weeks. It really doesn’t make sense for the networks to go 24/7 all war, all the time. They can’t keep it up for the duration. This isn’t going to be just for a few weeks, or a couple of months this time. This is likely to be a pretty long haul, and constant coverage for months isn’t healthy for the anchors or for the public.
