When I lived in Las Cruces, NM, I knew people who went to Juarez for various procedures, mostly dental. Most of them stopped doing that. Not because the care was bad, but because of the sheer amount of violence made it unattractive. Considering the RealID crap that’s now in force I’d bet that even fewer are going to Juarez. ---

Well removing drug cartel killings is like saying removing the communist government in North Korea will make it a nicer place-something pretty obvious but very hard to achieve. ---
